Sundown Express Cancellation Policy

Trips cancelled through Sundown 48 hours or more before departure will receive a full refund.

Trips cancelled less than 48 hours but more than 12 hours before departure will receive a credit good towards another Sundown Express trip. Riders that do not contact Sundown in Levittown before entering the 12 hour window before departure will forfeit their seat with NO REFUND. Riders finding themselves in this position are allowed to transfer the seat to another person as long as they meet all the Sundown criteria for age, etc.
